We aim to reply to every enquiry as quickly as we reasonably can, normally within the same working day. If your message is urgent, please call the office directly so we can prioritise it.

Someone needs to give us access and walk us through what you would like to achieve. If you cannot be there, a trusted person can meet us on your behalf with your permission.

Yes. Consultations, site visits and written proposals carry no cost and no obligation to proceed. We would rather earn the work than insist on it.

Yes, and most of our projects are delivered that way. We contain dust, protect floors and finishes, isolate the work area and clean down daily. We will discuss any arrangement that would suit your household better.

Absolutely. A single window, a flooring repair or a security system installation is welcome. You receive the same documentation and warranty as for larger projects.

We are based in Sacramento and work across the surrounding region. If you are just outside our regular area, contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
